So, we can guess until the cows come home.
How do you know that CICS runs on 85%?
Of course, you know that 80% of all statistics are made up on the spot?

But, the 230,000 Oracle licences tell a story all by themselves.
The difference between 10,000 and 6,000 licences pale in comparison.
