IEAVESLK and IEAVESLL are both involved with processing "suspend locks"
(local/CML, CMS locks).

When there is lock contention (i.e., more than one work unit attempting to
obtain the same lock), these modules will be in control more often than
otherwise.

A well-known misleading aspect of a "probe" that gets control only when the
system is enabled is that it often gets control as soon as the system
enables after having been disabled for some time (as often happens in the
lock managers). The result is that a disproportionate amount of time
appears to be spent at particular locations (such as in the suspend lock
modules) even though that does not represent reality.
