John, last week I happened to apply some CICS PTFs, after that during
IPL time below messages launched to appear in syslog :
IEA093I MODULE IEANUC01 CONTAINS UNRESOLVED WEAK EXTERNAL
REFERENCE
IFFIOM

Those types of messages are not unusual and I daresay are not related to
the problem you're experiencing. At least not that one in particular.
You really need to crank up IPCS and do some back-tracking in the dump.
And some LMOD mapping.
