Our development z/OS 1.8 mini-system runs as a guest under z/VM (z/VM
Version 5 Release 2.0) and from time to time when the system creates a
SVC dump we end up with our TSO sessions being dropped (see messages
below).  

Not sure if there's a parm in TCP (so somewhere else) we can modify to
increase the timeout interval - so far I've not been able to find
anything that helps.
