Before you proceed with this: -Run a complete set of DIAGNOSEs (catalogue all VVDSes) and cleanup/ address any discrepancies. -Make sure all volumes that have a VVDS with an entry for the master catalogue are online during repro nomergecat (the repro will fail in a middle in such a case, although, I seem to remember that it can be successfully re-run after a delete/redefine of the target/ new mastercat). The volumes need to be online since VVDS entries are being updated.
