I'm sorry, but you still can't say it no matter how "round_about" your
explanation. IEFBR14 doesn't front-end anything. In addition, you shouldn't confuse SVC
99 (Dynamic Allocation) with allocation routines. While they may achieve the same end
result, they aren't the same thing.

my next sentence would make that clear.
But I can see how a newcomer could think that, particularly from a Unix
or Windows environment.
