On the other hand, some contracts are not enforceable. They remind me
of the sign in the locker room which says "not responsible for lost or

I once worked at a place were the mailroom had a sign in it that read:

"NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISPLACED MAIL"

Wouldn't we all like to be not responsible for the one and only thing we are
responsible for!

You're now dealing with the "Not Me" generation, where if you run a red light and hit the side of my car, I'm responsible for your damages because I had the temerity(?) to actually believe that a green light meant I could go. GO FIGURE!!!

Unfortunately, there's no pill or shot to cure stupidity!
