Quite the contrary; my testing shows that another user _can_ "get" (in the
sense of read or browse) the same member while I hold the SPFEDIT ENQ.  Why
should FTP's GET behave any differently?  Again, the sequence of updating the
directory entry of a PDS assures that FTP, like ISPF BROWSE, won't "get" a
partially updated member.
