All you have to do is to go to option 3.6 within File-AID MVS. From there if
you go option 'M', specify the PDS library and enter the find/change command
like you would normally within SPF and voila.

Subject: FILEAID : SEARCH COMMAND

I am trying to perform a search for a certain string of a PDS using FILEAID.
So far I am receiving error message INVALID COMMAND.

Is the SEARCH function permitted via FILEAID? If so, what am I doing wrong?

  Thanks.
