Hello list, I have been told that the new Internet Service Retrieval feature available with SMP/E 3.4 is tied to the SW support contract with IBM (in Europe it's called 'Comfort Line'). In other words, no SW support contract, no ISR. Anyone heard this ? It sounds VERY strange to me...
