Go connect your mainframe (ETR or STP) to an atomic source and let it stabilize (if you don't have either, you'd better start looking at the latter). Then either use *it* as your in-house NTP time-server, or put it as the first server on the list for the box that currently dials out for the time. What's so hard ???.
