I told them: I would not contract with any organization that culls email addresses from just anywhere. I do add them to my list and warn colleagues of the shameful practice of harvesting they employ. Under Bills.1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail cannot be considered Spam as long as we include contact information and a remove link for removal from our mailing list. I never stated it was spam, I said I would tell my colleagues that your firm is not one I would do business with because of the scummy way you collect and bombard email addresses with what I consider [EMAIL PROTECTED] I do not need legislators telling me what [EMAIL PROTECTED] is. You sent it. Since others recognize the sleezy practice I now will tell my colleagues to avoid them.
