I'm sure Peter and his buddies could throw up several reasons against, but I
think it would be advantageous for the placement in the LNKLST of these
libraries to be honored.  And the current rule to be followed if they are
not listed.

It seems to me to be a little dumb to have to code at least a dummy library
using special rules just to get this option followed.
