We are about to use UniCode services for DB2 v8.
We have an active environment:

But need to use the image created by sys1.samplib(cunsism6). And it is huge,
about 900 tracks, and there are not room for it in any parmlib dataset.
Is the possible to create a large '.new' and the rename a current to '.old' and
the '.new' to current name?
Or do we have to IPL.
And why is the image placed in parmlib?????
We are at z/OS 1.6.
