Paresh,

I cannot tell if my post solved your problem or not.  If not, it would
help if you would issue a "df" command(without quotes) from within the
OMVS shell, and then tell us which file system you are trying to
unmount.

As you said we have to unmount the top one first...
but i am facing the problem in the same ...
it was not unmounting the top one and hence not able the unmount the
bottom one too..
