At the moment, web IBMLink seems to be working OK. Early this morning (6/1/07, around 6 am eastern time), I got "500 Internal Server Error" or something like that during IBMLink signon, and I understand the issue number for that severity 1 outage was 32050213. I've no idea what caused or resolved this morning's sev 1.
As a reminder - the phone number for IBMLink's Help Desk is 800-543-3912. After the number answers, and you listen to the current status message, simply dial 0 to reach the help desk to open an outage ticket. If I may suggest, don't hang up until they give you a ticket number.
