Bob, We did check with IBM and found APAR PK40826 and PTF UK23542. The specific "fix" specified didn't work for us so our MQ folks are still talking with IBM support.
Yes, I have definitely used the LCS software and the SETMSUS process to analyze and then remove the time periods where we're running over because of this.
