I'm having trouble parsing
3.1.2.2. RECORD STRUCTURE
Record structures must be accepted for "text" files (i.e.,
files with TYPE ASCII or EBCDIC) by all FTP implementations.
Does that mean that it is allowed only for ASCII and EBCDIC, or that
it is allowed for them in addition?
