Tom, I see your concern for increase in CPU. If I understand correctly, there will be a SMF110 record created for each MQPUT from one or more AIX systems. So depending on your current MQ/PUT rate SMF recording could increase significantly for the additional 32 bytes of connection related data.
Could this data be added to the 115 or 116 records.
