Fortunately, the timing window (we think) where this could occur was from 06:02:59 on 06/16/2007 to 01:08:19 on 06/17/2007, so the problem is over for now. The next time the TOD clock will align with the TSS code bug is 20:46:05 on 01/05/2008.
