Yep thts true .. I just wanted some document which will explain the complexity involved in mainframe datacenter migration which can be put up to top management and also will help in preparing RFP.

You probably need to be more specific, are you switching to another platform, relocating, moving to a different processor or is your data center flying south for the winter?
