This request seems a little strange.

It's a bit like asking all people who are not wearing hats to wear a
special hat with the words "Ce n'est pas une chapeau" on it.

I think you would stand a better chance of asking the developers of ABR
to add a new keyword of "NONSMS(YES)" or something....
