The reason that DFSMSdss backup datasets are unique is that the tape
label says RECFM=U,BLKSIZE=32760. However, the actual data blocks are
as large as 64K.
AFAIK, ADRDSSU says BLKSIZE=0, not 32760.
However it is *no longer true*. At current z/OS levels real blocksize
(64k) is claimed.
I didn't try (I'm going to do it), but I believe it is now possible to
use ICEGENER to copy dss dumps properly.
