I applaud IBM's initiative ... but can you really *announce* a vibrant community?
But, let's not get territorial - another vibrant community for System z is great news and should be welcomed.
IMO, IBM-MAIN will *never* be obsolete, so long as there are people (like me) who prefer reminiscing (ranting) about a great operating system over getting their work done :-)
