Dave - What a coincidence--just last week I opened an ETR for what I suspect may be the exact same issue, except I'm using 3390-9's instead of -3's. After some initial investigation, the SMS L2 technician thinks that OA20446 may resolve the issue, but he needs to confirm that with Development. OA20446 talks about the FAST_VOLSEL SMS parameter and we do have FAST_VOLSEL turned ON, but I get the same results even if I turn it OFF.
