Bad argument. In *this* case it was "copy-paste'able". In other
cases I have never seen a key which was 'type-only' and was longer
than Windows XP key. I doubt any company which generated 150-chars
key would require user to type it.
Well I have never run into 150 character key. But I have run into
other window type displays that do not allow copy and you have to
manually copy the message so you can re-key it into to the "PMR" its
(to me anyway) is on the same level as 150 character key. Say what
you want about documentation but most PC type applications would
never conceive of a messages and codes manual. Most (except for
COBOL) IBM products have them. That is what distinguishes an IBM
product from most other products. I just have to write IGC0001I
(example) and I can search on that rather than the entire text of the
message. IBM good or bad their documentation stands heads and
shoulders (except for COBOL) above other products.

BTW: I have a software on z/OS which require approx 20 hex
characters to be put in load module on linklist.
So, I have to copy-paste it (in the past to type it), then assemble
& link the module, then refresh LLA. Is it so smart ?
