Happens to me from time to time.  I've developed the habit, here and in 
IBMLINK, of cutting my updates and pasting it into a text document so if 
the updates fails I don't have to retype everything.

Anybody else unable to open issues with CA this morning?
 
I opened an issue (or rather tried to) and went back a little later to 
update it and couldn't find it.

No confirmation email from CA either.
