Yes, but are you going to 'guarantee' sub-0.1?
And, when we looked into it, we were ending up with one CICS transaction class:

90% within 0.5.

You can't really get more granular than that, effectively.

We were already doing 95% within less than 0.1.

How is this more effective?
We could spend our (limited) mainframe resources on REAL problems.
