Please don't use IEHPROGM any more. It is a real pain. Use IDCAMS.

//STEP1 EXEC PGM=IDCAMS
//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*
//SYSIN DD *
 DEF NVSAM( -
        NAME(FANP.ARCHIVE.ANJ.FROM.Y1999.TO.JUL2004) -
        DEVT(3490) -
        VOL(109400, -
                109393, -
                109420, -
                103979, -
                103972)
/*
//

replace the 3490 in the DEVT with the correct tape generic name. Also,
loose the REGION= or at least use REGION=3M to get a 3 meg region. Those
old REGION parameters will almost always rise up and bite you any more.
