it's been down all day long, it was "supposed" to be fixed at 9:15 a.m. this morning, latest update is that it was "supposed" to be fixed by 3:00 p.m.
Our IBM rep has been made aware of this situation a couple of times today. It is now 3:13 p.m. and I still get the "apologies page".
