"Write the president of IBM and let him know. If the letter makes it  
to him (doubtful) he might make a difference. Complaining on here  
will get you nowhere. You should also complain to major media and  
embarrass IBM into doing something. Bring it up at SHARE thats  
another way of embarrassing IBM". 


Actually our onsite IBM account rep here did a FINE, OUTSTANDING job of 
getting the 3270 interface re-instated several weeks ago. He is to be 
congratulated for that one. 

I have emailed him with every web outage and he has been keeping on them 
about it. He said to them that they better keep the 3270 interface available 
until the web interface is stable.
