The irritant for me is Rich Text Format e-mails.

One thing that Windows does better is that Windows users never need to
use a mouse.

I don't understand - if you do cross platform development, wouldn't
you want to test on Firefox, Opera, and *gasp*, IE?

Robust, how?   

Outlook is a pain for personal use because it has a business style
quoting instead of the standard for personal use.
