Outside of the well written and easily understandable :-) ICSF
Administration manual are there any good IBM Redbooks, available
education, for the simple howto's of an ICSF administrator?
Things like the steps needed to wrap a data encryption key to be able to
send it to someone, or be able to receive and install a key they send us.
The manual isn't too clear on the how to's,
I would expect to find this information in the ICSF Application
Programmer's Guide as this would be something you'd have to code in your
application. Apart from such crude utilities like KGUP, I don't think
there is much in ICSF proper to help you with key management.
IBM DKMS is a crypto application you can buy that will help you with key
management and key exchange across systems and platforms. Also, the new
TS1120 tape encryption has a key management utility that is able to do
all this (for the tape files).
