If you have SDSF, then you can see if the jobs completed output processing
by doing an ST in SDSF, then issue SORT Q  this sorts based on the QUEUE
name.

Then look for $MASCOMM

  BPXAS    STC01409 OMVSKERN   15 EXECUTION          
  $MASCOMM STC00001            15 PRINT      A     1                 
  OPERLOG  STC05346 OPERLOG     1 PRINT            2                 

Usually if a job is held while it is executing you will see it between the
last job on the EXECUTION queue and the $MASCOMM task.  It will have OUTPUT
where you see EXECUTION.  All you need to do is either purge it here, or
release it.
