What are the naturally occurring problems within the primary data centers location? Things like power grids, weather problems, transportation issues, telco coverage, etc. What are the business reasons for a PPRC setup over an XRC setup? What is the cost of downtime to the business? <---- This one dictates the solution. There are many, many more questions, but you get the idea. I have had my 2nd site at 400 yards and at 500 miles.
