I have heard that is costs several hundred thousand U.S. dollars, that it  
requires an NDA, but also that IBM is willing to negotiate on the price (all 
the 
 way down to zero) depending on who you are and why you want it.  If it  
helps them sell a whole lot more big iron or DB2 licenses, then it's  yours!
