We went to Driver 67 this past weekend. In our case, this was done in conjunction with other z9 processor work which had to be implemented non- concurrent anyway. We had no problems.
I do understand that there is a new procedure the CE will use to allow the concurrent driver upgrade to succeed without the slight risk of problem described in machine alert 072607. For a description of the problem, see machine alert 072607, and for the workaround the CE will use, see machine alert 080707. At the moment, both of these alerts are combined in Resource Link under the heading 072607 on the 2094 machine alert page. I've submitted a comment to Resource Link that I thought this document was a bit of a mish-mash and confusing as a result of the combinations of the two alerts. This is concurrent as we have all the requisites installed for it to be but seems to be a fairly large bundle so I curious if anyone has had any problems. > > Best Regards, > > Sam Knutson, GEICO ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
