It could be that someone recompiled something and noone refreshed lla,
until the IPL.  If you have an old backup of these libraries and can
load it to a different name, I would do that and check the lengths of
the programs or otherwise compare them.  Of course, you could look at
RACF and make sure noone has access to those libraries.

What software changes?  Apar/PTFs applied.  What level of z/OS or OS/390
are you running.

Any parmlib changes - I ran into an issue when we moved SWA above the
line, same with UCB.

Have you reviewed a dump to see what area the abends are occurring in?
