Yes. You can use this to create a table:

//                    PARM='''TCPIP.SEZATCPX(ESPANISH)''
ESPANISH.TCPXLBIN' 
//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=X                                           
//SYSIN         DD DUMMY,BLKSIZE=80                                   

This will create a file hlq.ESPANISH.TCPXLBIN. Use the XLATE statement
to point to it.
