I'm sure that varied from shop to shop, but I at that shop 8 years before sent to SHARE, and 2 or 3 more years before being sent to an actual class. Three classes in 14 years, as I rercall. On the other hand, my next shop I was sent to 2 classes in less than 2 years. In the last 18 years I've been sent to no classes, but lots of SHAREs.
