the doc is the source code and the comments. 
The specs and flags are attributes like VB/FB for a dataclass. 
You might look at the SMS macros but not all of them are public
without paying IBM. 
I know MXI shows a descriptions of these values.

I'll add a description of those specs and flags in the furture.
Added to my Todo-list. Of course z/OS R9 has a higher prio.
