Since I am not involved (unfortunately) with either the IP or Network part of this move, I am not as familiar with this problem as I would like.
However, I believe that Hal has identified my issue. They use DHCP to assign IP addresses. So what would be a better way. I am not familiar with why you would use DHCP vs. some other method.
