IIRC, that was a downloadable tool from the RACF people. As I recall, it used the RACF Offload utility, a step using a SORT tool and a DB2 load step. We used it at my place, until they sold the MF and went all desktops with Windoze and several flavors of UNIX.

I'm not sure if this list is the correct medium for this query, but here
goes.

A few years ago, I worked at a site which had their entire RACF database
dumped regularly (once a night perhaps) to DB2. With the data in place in
DB2, it was easy enough for users to construct queries which showed which
userids were connected to what RACF group, dataset access per user/group,
dataset profiles and so on.

The one thing I don't know is whether this was done via a third party add on
product, by RACF itself, or if it was something developed in house.

Does anyone know of a product, from IBM, or elsewhere, which allows RACF/DB2
interfacing?

Thanks in advance.
