Bob,
Issue command D XCF,COUPLE it will give you the names and details of the
couple datasets in use, along with status (PRIMARY/ATLERNATE).

>From Bob,

Can I dynamically activate a new COUPLE dataset with new
SYS1.PROD.WLM.CDS1 members Will setxcf_force work? Thanks all.

Bob,
You can replace the couple datasets with a series of commands; SETXCF
COUPLE,TYPE,xxx,ACOUPLE=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  replaces alternate couple dataset
SETXCF COUPLE,TYPE=xxx,PSWITCH
  swaps primary with alternate
SETXCF COUPLE,TYPE,xxx,ACOUPLE=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
replaces original primary couple dataset Hope this is what you were
looking for.
