Hi,
We had multiple users, sites having problems making any productive use
of IBMLink through the morning. We opened two PMRs with the help desk
and one feedback ticket this morning. There is now a SEV1 Ticket
32927263 open uptime ETA 12:20PM which they did not make as it is still
broken.
Posting here (IBM-MAIN) on this (IBMLink outages) is to document in a
the archives when these global problems occur and share the experience
and status with other sites not to encourage making silly rants about
how someone should be fired. IBM (the corporation and the people) seem
to be keenly aware this is a problem and they are working hard on it.
The work they are doing is appreciated I just hope it bears some
reliability improvements soon.
