TSSO (freeware) http://www.cbttape.org/ or CA-OPSMVS II ($CA) are two
options. I am sure others exist. For example on my system ! is the
command character for OPSMVS. On the console:
!LISTC ENT(SYS1.PROCLIB)
OPS3092H LISTC ENT(SYS1.PROCLIB)
OPS3092H NONVSAM ------- SYS1.PROCLIB
OPS3092H IN-CAT --- SYSTEM.BSYS.MCAT
OPS3092H READY
