Hi, I tried to check the port 25 if It's open for receiving the mails on SMTP server of our local net. it was Ok, but about the sending mail from SMTP on z/os, even it says"mail delivered" but i see the mail on SMSG QUEU after that till its timeout reached. the account i'm sending my mail is correct also.

SMTP is outbound mail, reading what needs to be proper email records. Get something like XMITIP if you do not know what that format is. Make sure you are sending the email to a valid account on your company email system. Make sure your company email system is willing to receive from the SMTP task. It sure looks like it did.
