I answered this privately, because it was sent to me outside of this
listserver. Now I have gotten it here.

The answer is NO. Because as I said, if the communications server people
had not told me where their tech notes are I would not have found them
(and they admitted as much).

The owner of the www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/zos/bkserv/ page
is giving push-back on putting the links to the various tech notes pages
(apparently each ID group for the various components have their own
pages).

Someone else posted something here, I think, about the PC weenies are
taking over at IBM. I fear they are very much correct.
