falls into the 'stupid check' category in my opinion. Reason: RSM uses a 
default of THRESHOLD(80%),SIZE(510T). Ever tried to page 80% of 510T of 
storage? You cannot, as the maximum of 252 page datasets with each a maximum of 
4GB (which is the maximum ASM currently - z/OS 1.6 - supports) is WWWAAAYYYY 
lower than 50% of 510T.  The result would be a nice little wait03c. The check 
in its unmodified form is completely useless, and a default should never be 
completely useless. You have to add a policy statement that gets the values 
down into an acceptable range. This check should have enough intelligence to 
take the amount of real storage the lpar has into account and the current 
workload and and and....
