Jt, How much IBM support have you built into the conversion ? Don't forget one thing... If you pay CA, you pay for the Software & a Helpdesk. If you aren't currently paying for Assist, you can only ring IBM to report 'real' software problems. This I found out when we installed TWS End-to-End. So everything is not as clear as it seems when it comes to the costing.
